Ayurvedic Beauty Rituals with The22

Ladies- Join us for a 90-minute workshop on Ayurvedic Beauty Rituals at The22. 

We will go through the basics of Ayurveda to understand some foundational concepts and how they relate to each of us personally by taking a dosha quiz to understand our constitution. Once we understand our ayurvedic constitution, it is easier to understand why we may have certain emotional and physical tendencies, giving us a deeper understanding of ourselves. 

  - Learn various massage techniques to stimulate blood flow and energy on the face.  

- Learn about Marma Points, energetic points correlating to various parts of the body 

- Learn ritual and practices best suited for your constitution

- Face energising take-home gift: face oil with essential oils, a scrub and face cleansing sponge  

The learnings from the workshop are excellent rituals to add to one's daily routine, not only stimulating blood circulation in the face but stimulating energy throughout the body through the work on marma points.
