Description:

This is a 7 km km loop walk guided by Lisa Levine and Alatia Bradley Bach (Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor) through the woods in Santa Brigida. The first half of the walk is uphill so we will take our time. Half way we will arrive at the church of Madonna del Sasso and take in the gorgeous views.   We will walk at a  pace that is good for everyone and make several stops allowing us to bathe in the surrounding forest to heal and ground us.
