Grounding in Nature: Hike in Santa Brigida

Come for an energy healing morning with founder of Lightworkers of Florence, Ali Bogner. All along the path we will be practicing energy awareness and learn how to ground ourselves all while surrounded by the beauty of nature.

Description:

This is a 3.8 km km loop walk guided by Lori Anne( Founder of Ladies Adventures) and Ali Bogner ( Founder of Lightworkers of Florence) https://www.lightworkersofflorence.com/ through the woods in Santa Brigida. The first half of the walk is uphill and we will stop and do a series of energy healing exercises guided by Ali Bogner. Half way we will arrive at the church of Madonna del Sasso and take in the gorgeous views.   We will walk at a  pace that is good for everyone and make several stops allowing us to use the energy of the forest to heal and ground us.

Total climb : 156m climb and 156m decline

Terrain: Woods, uneven footing, mud, pavement, streams

Level: This is not a long walk, but it is in the woods so moderate.

Bring: HIking boots and poles if you have them.  Bakpack with 1L of water.  Bring a snack, nuts fruit etc.
