Le Stretch by Emilie Goldblum at The22

Special Workshop in colloboration with The22.  Please come and enjoy a very special opportunity to learn from Emilie Goldblum in this introductory to Stretch class.  

Emilie is an Olympic rhythmic gymnast, aerialist, dancer and a three-time National Champion of

Canada for rhythmic gymnastics. She was also the Pan American Champion of 1999 and the only

individual representative at the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games for the entire American Continent.

This 45 MInute workout will be followed by a 30' Chai & Chat: In Conversation with Emilie Goldblum 11:30AM - 12:00

Enjoy a post-workout refreshment while speaking to Emilie and learning more about her method, her training and experience as an Olympian Athlete
