Sentiero delle Burraie & lunch

On this walk we should see 3 burraie. The burraie were built in the mountain pasture areas near springs or streams and the construction guaranteed a low internal temperature. Sometimes it consisted of several rooms, dedicated separately to the processing of butter and cheese. Often a burraia was shared between several shepherds who organized themselves in shifts for the use and maintenance of the burraia itself. This walk is really magical and you feel like you went back in time.
