Visit to working farm and olive oil mill

A beautiful loop walk professionally guided by Sara, meeting at the Tenuta di Mensanello . We will walk along the Via Francigena and the beautiful "Vene di Onci," natural pools with semi thermal water that flow into the Elsa River. We are on the outskirts of Colle Val d'Elsa, along the Via Francigena, in an area where the waters have been exploited since ancient times to put ironworks, paper mills and watermills into operation through a complicated tangle of canals. An easy hike, suitable for all, that passes through cultivated fields and beautiful views of Colle and San Gimignano.

14:00-15:00 Visit of the farm and the old mill that is still in use.
